My path to yoga teaching
I received my 200hr YTT through My Vinyasa practice a studio based in Austin. I have been a student of yoga for over a decade but did not think to pursue a certification until 2020 when a scholarship was offered through MVP (My Vinyasa Practice) to expand the Black yoga teacher presence within the community. I completed the program in February of 2022 and enjoy the practice of teaching but will forever be a student.
What to expect
Our first session will be fairly slow and relaxed as we gauge each others energy and we establish an idea of what your intention is for the practice. My goal is to lead you in whatever experience you would like to have with yoga, whether that is a fast paced Vinyasa class or a slow and rejuvenating Restorative flow.
How do I book
You can sign up for a session using the button below, once you have booked I will send a waiver and payment form. Once paid you cannot be refunded but I will allow 1 free reschedule if you cannot for any reason make the initial class.
